Our coaches are critical to assisting our clients in setting realistic learning goals, focusing on individual growth, and demonstrating improvement and achievement. The coach’s primary role is to measure the client’s growth towards mastery or understanding of the content in the student manual. Coaches detect skill deficits, inform the day-to-day instructional sessions, and assess mastery of the intended learning objectives of the course. Coaches use guided, well-structured, open-ended questions and oral presentations during the face-to-face sessions and question the client directly to assess learning. This questioning format forces our clients to pause, think, and reflect on the topics. The exam administrators duplicate the guided, open-ended question approach during the exam to, extract knowledge, guide ideas, investigate reasons for those thoughts to understand our clients better. Coaches give specific feedback to our clients on where improvements are required before taking the examination.
