All certifications offered by MVP Training Solutions are assessment-based certifications. We focus on providing instruction, education, training, the fostering of inquiry, a more profound comprehension, and meaningful connection with our clients. Our focus is complemented by tapping into current or previous experiences that enables acquiring specific knowledge, skills, and competencies in the associated field.   The achievement of the learning outcomes is measured by employing an assessment-based approach recognized throughout academic research. The certification acknowledges mastery in knowledge, skills, or competencies within the studied area.

Clients who meet the required performance standards of the assessment are awarded the certification. Our certifications and exams are synchronous because it allows the client the opportunity to clarify understanding, organize, reorganize their thoughts, or debate the topic. The assessment-based certification approach is preferred because it allows clients to work through skills and concepts found in the student manual to assist them in the formulation of their thoughts and words. This approach uses the guided, well-structured, open-ended question (i.e., why, how, what, describe, tell me about, etc.) because it encourages a higher order of thinking and a more profound and richer discussion between our clients and their coaches.

If a student failed to achieve a minimum score of 90% on any certification examination, they can be re-evaluated; however, the cost of the re-evaluation is $200.00.
