Qiana Claiborne is a 15-year+ career professional with exceptional recruiting, sales, and organizational skills. Qiana shows her passion by helping candidates build their careers and assisting organizations in building effective and long-lasting relationships! Ms. Claiborne has worked in higher education and human resources in various positions, including recruiting, business development, enrollment, HR services, and retention strategies. Her dedication and perseverance have assisted many universities with increasing enrollment and partnering with healthcare and technology organizations. Qiana has given back to the community through service and leadership, which include Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and Dress for Success.

She is dedicated to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, specifically focusing on HBCU talent. As a proud alum of Prairie View, A&M University, Qiana is familiar with the hidden talent on these campuses across the country. A second passion she has is to increase the presence of young professionals in STEM. She has provided training for hiring leaders on effective diversity recruiting strategies. Currently, Qiana works as a Technical Recruiter, Internships at The Walt Disney Company.
