Mr. Charles R. Hoffman, BS HRM, MAM, PMC

Introduction

Hoffman is a strategic-minded, results oriented, people driven (retired) U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant with over 31 years of leadership and management experience and more than 11 years operating at the senior executive level. His applied skills helped successfully lead a 32,000 strong organization through the COVID-19 pandemic. The organization responded with calm and increased production. Continually sharing what was known and unknown, delivering a focus on human contact and increased personal communication across the organization led to the team’s overall resilience and success. His teams have conducted educational assessments which right-sized professional development delivery and cut hundreds of redundant courses while increasing utilization on better targeted curriculum. He has co- authored and contributed to organizational strategic plans, advised public affairs efforts, advised on large organization budget issues, and put great effort into employee resiliency and employee value. He has delivered policies and strategic concepts that have reduced employee failure rates and decreased suicide rates while improving workplace happiness and overall production. Additionally, he served nearly 3 years on the Air Force Senior Enlisted Leader Council working with the Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force and fellow senior leaders to improve people and mission effectiveness across the United States Air Force. His core strengths are identifying primary roadblocks in organizations and prioritizing problem solving to improve organizational strength, cohesion and performance resulting in improved workplace cultures and optimized product output. He is a respected leader known for honest rapport and a commitment to both people and the mission.
