The evaluation in the mastery of knowledge, skills, or competencies is the primary goal of the assessment-based certification program and is the primary focus for all exam administrators. Assessments take place after the clients have been coached by our highly qualified coaches and have had the opportunity to acquire the targeted knowledge, skills, or competencies. The examiner uses the guided, well-structured, open-ended question and oral presentation during the face-to-face sessions to question the client directly to assess mastery. The exam administrators utilize an oral assessment-based rubric to validate the links between intended learning outcomes and the assessment.
