Introduction
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY until enlisting in the Navy in 1993. Serving 26 Years in the Navy, retiring in 2018 while serving as Senior Enlisted Leader, Field Medical Training Battalion-East, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. With a commitment to service, he continues to serve, as a Nationwide Veteran Career/Talent Strategist, and Veteran Employment Advocate for the Department of Labor ensuring transitioning servicemembers receive vital resources and employment fundamentals prior to transitioning into the Civilian workforce. Dedicated to Servicemembers, during the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 through 2021 he traveled over 100,000 miles visiting over 200 military installations conducting over 400 Department of Labor Employment Workshops to over 10,000 Servicemembers. He is a published Author and the Founder & CEO of Navigating Solutions, a non-profit organization that is committed to helping veterans, transitioning servicemembers, military spouses as well as civilians within the workforce. Currently residing in Palmetto FL and is a Member of The National Honor Society and The National Society of Leadership & Success.
