Yes. In between the classes, students MUST dedicate at least 16 hours to outside preparation to reinforce learning and strengthen application.

What is a Group Oral "Live" Exam?

The final assessment is a timed, two-hour oral, group evaluation.

What is the Group Passing Score?

A minimum score of 90% is required to receive the certification.

What is the Learning Format?

100% Virtually. Using the Zoom Platform. Link will be sent upon verification of payment.

Is there any Reading Materials?

Yes. A PDF "Student Manual" will be sent upon verified payment.

Are there Attendance Requirements?

Yes. Every student MUST attend every session over the 3-days. There are NO makeup sessions available.

Are there any Student Participation Requirements?

Yes. All students MUST actively participate (see definition below) in the sessions each day to earn attendance credit. All video cameras MUST be turned on at all time, with exception of the breaks. Active Participation in a Virtual Classroom Setting Defined: Active participation means consistent, purposeful involvement in the online learning environment. It includes attending scheduled sessions, listening with attention, responding to instructor prompts, contributing to discussions, completing assigned activities, and engaging respectfully with classmates. In a virtual classroom, active participation also includes using the required learning tools appropriately. Learners should keep up with readings, submit work on time, ask thoughtful questions, use chat or discussion boards when appropriate, and remain present during live instruction. Active participation is not limited to speaking often. It reflects preparation, attention, accountability, and meaningful contribution to the learning process. A learner demonstrates active participation through visible effort, timely communication, respectful interaction, and steady engagement with course expectations.

Is there a Refund Policy?

Yes, however, the refund will only be given prior to the start of the class. If the class has started (see the dates), refunds are no longer available. If the class must be cancelled by the MVP Training Solutions team, all participants will receive a full refund.
