Course Description
Course Number: ELDR 725: This graduate-level certification course strengthens executive capacity to sustain performance, composure, and ethical decision-making under pressure. Participants examine the psychological, organizational, and cultural foundations of resilience, integrating evidence-based frameworks for managing stress, leading through crises, and maintaining stability during disruption.
