Introduction
Lorenzo is a passionate, experienced, and focused transitioning United States Air Force (E-9) Chief Master Sergeant with 21 years of experience leading individuals, teams, organizations, and managing programs throughout Civil Engineer Construction, Leadership Training Institutions, and Department of Defense Inspector General agencies. He has extensive training from United States Air Force’s Air University in educational curriculum development, formal and informal curriculum delivery and adult learning styles. Lorenzo enjoys mentoring, coaching and deliberately developing others to reach their goals and maximum potential. His life mantra is “The future belongs to those who prepare for it today (Malcom X)!”
